The new franchise owner, plumbing technicians, along with the supports staff has exceeded plumbing leak detection expectations. I have been in the business for the past sixteen years and want to commend the Central Valley American Leak Detection office for their outstanding service and work performance.
On several occasions, I have notified ALD after hours and they respond immediately to help expedite leak locations, repairs, and making professional recommendations.
Most recently, we had an encounter with a plumbing competitor who could not locate a leak. He recommended a plumbing reroute was the only option? We met the plumber at the residential home and discussed his initial leak location, and attempted on the tear in. This plumbing company has a solid reputation in our community, but the undersigned felt uncomfortable because we did not feel they gave enough effort in locating and identifying the origin.
We contacted the insurance company and recommended a second opinion before a reroute was completed. They agreed with our recommendations, so we contacted Central Valley American Leak Detection Office.
April and the staff, along with the plumbing technician, Danny, immediately responded to our needs. They were able to identify the leak, repair and supply hot and cold water to the residential owner. This was most satisfying to the owner, as well as the undersigned, because we had complete confidence that at minimum, your office would persevere in attempting to identify the leak, and if possible the repair, which you did in this case.
The expeditious manner in service, repairing and saving over $5,000.00 in plumbing reroute and resulting damages was most satisfying to the undersigned, which will be echoed to the insurance company, American National Property and Casualty Company. This letter will be enclosed in our professionalism and expertise in the plumbing industry.
