A new technology has found its way into Orange County and Surrounding Areas in the form of trenchless sewer pipe replacement. Gone are the days of digging massive trenches and destroying landscapes or concrete structures. With trenchless only two small access holes are dug, one at each end of the pipe. Then a high-tension cable with a pipe splitter is pulled through the old pipe at up to 10,000 pounds of pressure, pulling a new seamless corrosion proof polyethylene pipe to replace the old pipe. And the new pipe is not just any pipe...it has a 100-yr life span!!!

Trenchless has a number of advantages over traditional pipe replacement. The first advantage is that there is minimal digging and pipe can be pulled under intact landscape or other impediments such as driveways, sidewalks, roads, flowerbeds, yards, and pools. This means that we usually complete a job in less time, with less disruption, and the hardscape stays fully intact. The result is a cleaner job and lower overall replacement costs.
