I cannot tell you how pleased we were with ALD's work this past week. Your company has assisted us in Palm Springs over the years and also, on occasion, at our main home in Pasadena.

As you know, we have quite a unique property: www.meyerman.com and extra care is required to maintain the original 1950's appearance of the home. We were frankly at a loss to find a practical solution to permanently eliminate the risk of our main sewer line clogging as a result of multiple root intrusions. We are also located on a rock ledge, further complicating the challenge.

Your team was initially headed by Erick Morales, later joined by his supervisor Andy and as the project unfolded, by several other knowledgeable employees of the firm. All conducted themselves in an exemplary manner and Erick, who had been here in the past, stood out. I even suggested some additional work, yet Erick, once more, provided a more practical solution. Erick also worked very well with our staff.

As a former Chief Executive of First Interstate Bank, later the senior Managing Director of what is today JPMorganChase and at present Chairman of the Palm Springs Art Museum, I was struck by your team's "advisory, consultative" approach rather than what is more typical "sales" approach. The team determined the source and location of the problem, discussed various alternatives, brought in experts, arrived at a workable solution which was then followed by a proposal. That proposal was executed to the letter, within budget and in a timely fashion.

We contact them to perform leak detections which usually are needed the same day. They make every efforts to meet these requirements in a most timely manner with very professional reports submitted to us. These reports in turn are utilized to process insurance claims, and have to be very precise and exacting. The technicians are available to speak with to clairify any questions or concerns that we or the insurance adjusters have.

Approved repairs are made as quickly as they are approved by the insurance companies. The customers are very satisfied, which makes our business with them as we do restoration repairs start out on very good footing.
