- Service Lines – leaks may occur between the meter and the building. The business owner may hear water running first, experience loss of pressure or receive a high water bill.
- Well Lines – leaks can also occur between the well to the plant or facility buildings. The maintenance department may note that the well pump is recycling more often than usual, experience a loss of pressure on the system or receive a higher than usual power bill.
- Hot and cold water lines – if there’s a hot spot on the slab floor, there may be a leak under the slab.
- Sewer Lateral – if the sewer line is blocked and not draining properly, we can inspect the line to provide an accurate diagnosis. Can assist with new under slab construction that is not holding pressure.
