Dallas, Texas – In the wake of the tragic death of 7-year old, Graeme Baker, the Virginia Graeme Pool & Spa Safety Act, directed at all public pool facilities, will go into effect on December 19, 2008. The new law requires all public pools to have an Anti-Vortex drain cover to prevent a tragedy, such as Graeme Baker’s, from happening ever again.
