Commercial Leak Detection Services

Concealed Pipe Leaks – American Leak Detection’s specially trained technicians use high tech detection equipment to accurately locate leak(s) in pipes up to 24” diameter. Typical jobs includes slab leaks, heating line leaks, service line leaks, snowmelt systems, ice rinks, as well as other unusual leaks.

Drain Problems – With our video sewer camera we can inspect, locate, and record exactly what is occurring in your sewer lines. Our smoke test locates above ground sewer line or vent stack breaks that can cause odor problems.

Fire Suppression Loops– Typically leak noticed by jockey pump running or cycling. Survey of system will identify area and leak can be then be located with a computer correlator.

Line Location– We locate many types of metallic lines and approximate depth. Sewer, drain, and plastic lines can be traced from above with our camera’s sone locator.

Building Leaks – Water entering your structure when it rains? We use non-invasive infra-red cameras, moisture meters, and dynamic water tests to locate these leaks.

Pool / Spa Leaks – If your pool auto-fill is constantly running or water loss is more than ¼ inch of water per day, it’s probably a leak. Unsure, try our bucket test (see resource on right side of this page). Our technicians will pressure test your lines and locate pipe leaks and/or dive your pool to locate structural leaks. Estimates can then be given for small or large repairs.
