Concealed Pipe Leaks
American Leak Detection’s highly trained technicians use high tech detection equipment to accurately locate your leaks. This includes slab leaks, heating line leaks, service line leaks, as well as many unusual leaks the plumbers just can’t find.
Pool & Spa Leaks
If your pool or water is losing more than ¼ inch of water per day, it’s probably a leak. Unsure, try our bucket test (see resource on right side of this page). Our technicians will pressure test your lines and locate pipe leaks and/or dive your pool to locate structural leaks. Special electronic equipment will find small holes in vinyl liners. Estimates can then be given for small or large repairs. Small repairs are typically done at time of detection and standard patches of vinyl liners (up to 5) are free of charge with detection.
Home Leaks
Water entering your home when it rains. We use non-invasive infra-red cameras, moisture meters, and dynamic water tests to locate these leaks.
