Our Team
American Leak Detection of Southeast Michigan, with offices in Whitmore Lake, specializes in leak location services in eight counties of Southeast Michigan.

Tom Rose, a Mechanical Engineer, and his wife Marcia are franchise owners. Tom started the franchise 12 years ago with a commitment to customers and having the most professional, accurate services available anywhere. As a working owner and field technician, he is often found on jobs working closely with his customers.

Marcia Rose is the franchise owner and part-time secretary. A specialist in small business operation, she is proud to be one of the few “Women Owned” companies in Michigan. Always the friendly voice on the phone, she believes in courteous, professional service.

Thomas Walker joined the team in 2002 and is now the Head Field Technician and Trainer. Besides being a great technician here in Michigan, Thomas has the added experience in working with other American Leak Detection Franchises in Florida and Texas. Thomas has run across a lot of unusual situations and is able to use his experience and ability to “think outside the box” to solve almost any problem.

Rena Mills started in 2003 and is now the Office Manager. She works with customers getting them the right information and technicians needed to solve their problems. She has great organization skills and is able to follow through from initial contact to final follow through.

Steve Walker started in 2004 and is now the Business Manager as well as a Field Technician. An Easter Michigan University graduate and work experience with both computers and plumbing made him a natural for the high tech tools and methods used in finding plumbing leaks.
