Water damage company connects to customers, professionals using innovative technology

A California water damage recovery company will soon be able to connect with town residents through video conferencing in case there is any sort of emergency. Prior to the implementation of the technology, experts and professionals had to be present in the home to conduct restoration projects. However, according to a recent press release, Maria Nuemann, owner of Water Damage Recovery in Sacramento, is changing that.

"Until now a property management company, owner or insurance adjuster had to physically be on-site in order to understand the severity of a restoration project, " she told the source. "By implementing Skype as a primary communication method we can now provide an audio and video stream that allows key decision makers to understand exactly what is going on during a restoration project."

Another perk to the new system is if local plumbers need help fixing the pipes, experts at Water Damage Recovery will be able to send images to them to ensure the job can get done efficiently and as soon as possible.

In addition to water damage assistance, Nuemann's company also specializes in fire damage, mold remediation and catastrophe assistance.
