Service Details
- Non-toxic product eliminates smoke odors permanently - not just masking the smell.
- Fogger only takes 5-15 minutes per room, depending on the home or business size and amount of carpeting or fabric upholstered furniture. A typical job can be complete in about 1-hour and tenants only need to be vacant for 2-3 hours.
- For a home or business with severe smoke damage, it may require a second trip to spot-fog the affected room or area. We will return to re-fog at no additional cost.
Cost to Perform Work
$75.00 to $85.00 per room, dependent on extent of smoke damage or dwelling size
Example
- A small 2-bedroom, 1-bath, kitchen & living room will be approximately $375
- A larger home with say 9-rooms, 2000 sq. ft. would be approximately $675
- If it is a large home with 3500 sq. ft, then the $0.35 per square foot or $85.00 per room may apply.
These examples are only estimates.
We need to first physically assess the extent of smoke damage to give a firm quote.
