Cindy Hartz

Office Manager

Cindy joined American Leak Detection in 1997. Prior to joining American Leak Detection, Cindy was the Risk Manager for a large Cincinnati based enterprise. She has 20 years experience in the risk management/insurance field. Cindy is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all field support and office operations including scheduling, dispatching and invoicing.

Cindy’s interests include reading, boating and cooking.

Robert Hartz

Leak Detection Specialist

Bob

Bob has been with American Leak Detection of Cincinnati and its surrounding areas since its inception in 1996. Bob has fourteen years of experience finding and diagnosing leaks. Prior to American Leak Detection Bob was a field superintendent for a general contractor in the Cincinnati area and has twenty years of construction experience. He enjoys the most complicated leak detection scenarios and troubleshooting. He enjoys working with municipalities, industrial facilities and other commercial establishments.

Paul Cinquina

Leak Detection Specialist

Paul

Paul started working full time for American Leak Detection of Cincinnati and surrounding areas in 2007. From the age of sixteen on Paul has worked part time for American Leak Detection during his summer breaks from high school and college. Paul is originally from Cincinnati, OH but spent time living in Bowling Green, Ohio and Orlando, Florida. He Graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2006 with a Bachelors of Arts and Sciences. He enjoys leak detection because every job is a new challenge and he loves working outside.

Paul is a certified diver and enjoys diving anything from small residential pools to large commercial pools and water tanks. He is also certified in the American Leak Detection Proprietary Methods and Equipment Training which trained him to use the most sophisticated leak detection equipment available in the industry.

Paul's interests are camping, tennis, racquetball, and hiking

John Bockenstette

Leak Detection Specialist

John joined the American Leak Detection of Cincinnati and surrounding areas in 2003. Before coming to American Leak Detection John was a heating and air conditioning supervisor and boiler specialist for a property management company. He grew up in Norwood and currently resides in the Greater Cincinnati area. John enjoys leak detection because he is very mechanical and likes to use those skills to solve problems.

John is a certified diver and one time had to rescue a child's doll from a large commercial pools water holding tank. He has been trained on the most sophisticated Leak Detection equipment and has passed the American Leak Detection Proprietary Methods and Equipment Training.

John's interests are camping, flying/building model airplanes and helicopters, and tending to his saltwater fish tank.
