Our Team Members
Jeff Deel and his wife, Trina, took over the East Tennessee franchise in 2004. They are committed to their customers and strive to ensure they give the most professional, accurate and courteous services available. Jeff is a working owner and technician with a degree in Mine Engineering and training in industrial hygiene.
Trina Deel is the Office Manager and all around organizer. She is adept at scheduling appointments, coordinating with field technicians, ordering supplies and equipment as well as overseeing marketing. Her background in Graphic Design is a plus as are her great organizational skills.
Brad Brumley joined us in 2010 as a Field Technician. Brad knows his way around a swimming pool, having worked in the pool industry for 13 years. He's great at finding your pool or spa leaks as well as adept at pool repairs. This fun-loving guy enjoys rock crawling and fishing in his spare time.
Brian Dunn joined the ALD team in 2011. He has worked in plumbing for the past 12 years and is enjoying the change from fixing leaks to actually finding leaks. Brian likes to spend his free time with his wife and four kids.
