Michal Sprabary
Lead Pool Specialist
Providing excellent service since 2005
Michal started in the pool industry in 1998 as a pool cleaner and has since worked as a remodeler, a builder, a repair man and now as a Leak Detection Specialist. He is also a nationally certified pool operator with NSPI. Michal enjoys the puzzle work of finding a problem and being able to work the problem out until it is fixed completely.
Michal has many interests. For instance he is the President of Moslah Shrine Clowns Unit (volunteer). He is a member of Arlington Heights Masonic Lodge, a six-piece variety band called Breckenridge, a DJ, stilt walker, gunslinger, and all around nice guy (mostly). Regarding family he has a wife and a son.
Paul Sauceda
Licensed Plumber
Providing excellent service since 2008.
Paul has over 8 years experience in leak detection and repair as well as general service plumbing.
His son, Damion, and daughter, Denine, keep him busy with soccer and school activities.
Kenny Woods
Pool Leak Specialist
Kenny has been in the pool leak detection since 1996. Prior to coming
American Leak Detection, Kenny spent time working with other pool leak
detection companies as well as working for himself. He also worked at
the American Leak Detection office in Dallas prior to joining the
Fort Worth office.
Kenny enjoys riding motorcycles as well as installing custom LED lighting systems on mortorcycles, boats, and cars.
JayTaylor
Licensed Plumber
Jay has been in the plumbing industry for over 10years. This includes
residential and commercial service and new construction for both
residential and commercial. With such a diverse plumbing background
and with over a decade of experience, Jay brings a wealth of knowledge
to American Leak Detection Fort Worth.
Jay is from New Braunfels. He is a musician (drummer) and also enjoys
reading and riding motorcycles. He is married to Amanda Taylor.
Mitch Blackwell
Licensed Plumber
Mitch comes to us from a more non-traditional background. He spent
many years developing knowledge and experience of plumbing systems from
general upkeep/maintenance to keep a working ranch run smoothly. We
are happy to have Mitch join our team and look forward to drawing a
more diverse knowledge base.
Mitch enjoys everything outdoors, including hunting, fishing, and his favorite, bull riding.
Sandra Chalfant
Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher
Sandra has been working for many years in the customer service
industry. While gaining experience in customer service, she worked for
3 years in the pool business.
Sandra loves spending time with her grandsons, fishing, going to the
lake, and spending time out in the country on road trips.
