I called on a Wednesday to schedule an appointment and was told the first available appointment was the following Tuesday. Ten minutes later Margie called back and said that the technician, Joe, was about 10 minutes from my house and could be there in 10-20 minutes. Within an hour Joe had pinpointed the leak.
