Description of Work: American Leak Detection located the precise spot in an underground line where there was a water leak.
Member Comments: We had a water leak that was causing a very high water bill. Water meter was spinning even when we weren't using any water in the house. A plumber investigated and determined that the leak was probably in an underground line between the water meter and the house. Instead of digging up the entire yard to find the source of the leak, the plumber recommended we call American Leak Detection to find the precise spot of the leak.
We called American Leak Detection on Monday, and they were able to come to the house the next day. The technician quickly determined that the leak was definitely in an underground line and he marked the exact spot so that our plumber would know where to dig to find the damaged pipe. When the plumber came out the next day, it turned out that the leak was in the precise spot that American Leak Detection marked.
I was very happy with the responsiveness and the accuracy of American Leak Detection. They made it much easier for the plumber to locate and fix the damaged pipe. I would definitely recommend them!
