Local Charities
In 2010 American Leak Detection was challenged by our friends at the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials – Inland Northwest Chapter to participate in the 2nd Harvest Food Bank Drive and Tom's Turkey Drive. This Food Bank assists families all over Eastern Washington. Over a two-month period our technicians gathered nearly 120 lbs of cans from our generous customers. We also donated funds for 40 Thanksgiving dinners. It's a privilege to give back to our community and pay tribute to you - our customers.
In 2007, we supported the Spokane Parks Foundation since they provide scholarships for summer activities for children and their families. In 2008, we gifted to the YMCA in Yakima as they offer kids swimming lessons at their annual Learn to Swim week. In 2009, we honored our dear friend Carol McLaughlin's life by helping Carol's House of Hope and PRASAD.
