Description of Work: Identify and repair leaks in a pool.
Member Comments: Went well. Was able to make an appointment for the same day. Denny showed up on time, was friendly, professional and went right to work. He went over the pool top to bottom, pressure tested all of the inlets/outlets and made repairs in three locations, two of which weren't real easy to find leaks as they only leaked under pressure. Hopefully we wont haye to use this service again, but I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the job to be done right.
Tip: Do the bucket test before calling.

Having been in business for my self for much of my legal career, I always wondered how my employees did when they were sent out on a job. I always heard when something was not done to a client's satisfaction but seldom heard when someone did a good job.
Your employee, Steve, is a great asset to your Company. He is very knowledgeable about what he is doing and takes the time to make sure that the customer feels good about what he is recommending to be done. He is courteous, patient, always on time, and a very hard worker. When he showed up at my job and had no helper, I just knew he would not finish in the time he estimated. He finished on schedule and when he left not only was the job completed as agreed, the premises were cleaned up to the point that I could hardly tell he had bee there.
He is an outstanding worker and a great asset to your business. I will be more than willing to recommend your Company and your work through employees like to anyone who asks.

Description of Work: Leak detection of personal pool approx 18 months ago
Just recently we contacted them to locate leaks we have in our community pool.
Member Comments: Approximately 18 months ago I had noticed that the water level in my residential pool was dropping a lot faster than normal. I contacted this company to have them do a leak check, and they were out next day I believe.
The tech got his equipment set up, we waited about 20 minutes, and he was able to confirm that there was a leak. He then identified where the leak was occuring and was able to fix and re-seal the cracked grout.
Recently we had a requirment to turn off the main water supply to the auto-fill system for our community pool; within a few hours the water level had dropped over 3 inches. We contacted ALD to do a leak check; unfortunately they were on site when some concrete work was being done nearby and the noise & vibration was too much. They came back later and were able to idnetify the leak point and have been working on getting it fixed

Description of Work: I called for a leak in my pool. They came and found the leak. They fixed one in the pool and my filter also had a leak. They quoted my $750 to replace my filter. I bought the same filter on line for $260 and my husband spent about 40 minutes replaceing it. Seems like a high quote to me. Otherwiswe a good company. I would be wary of letting them perform expensive repairs
