Michal Sprabary
Lead Technician
Joined ALD in 2005
From Azle, Texas, Michal has many interests. He is a member of the Breckenridge Band since 2003 and has played for President Bush. He volunteers as a Shriner's Clown and is also a stilt walker, gun fighter, and a DJ. He also enjoys spending time with his son, Ranger.
Henry Recinos
Licensed Plumber

Originally from California, Henry has been a service plumber in his home state and Texas for 10 years. Outside of work Henry and his wife Rebecka like to explore nature camping and fishing and their favorite parks and lakes. They also enjoy fun stuff like bowling, Six Flags, and Disney.
Paul Sauceda

Paul has extensive experience in leak detection and repair as well as general service plumbing. His son, Damion, and daughter, Denine, keep him busy with soccer and school activities.
Yadira Hernandez
Office Manager

A Texas native, Yadira enjoys spending time with her three beautiful girls and her husband, Carlos. Yadira has been in customer service for over 15 years and continues to deliver superior customer service to our customers, as well as our team.
Osmara Vega
Customer Service Representative

From Amarillo, Texas, Osmara is one of our new member of the team. In her free time, Osmara enjoys taking care of her puppy, Luna and spending time with her family. Osmara is a full-time student and is currently working towards a Nursing degree.
Curtis Murrey
Licensed Plumber
Joined ALD in 2017
Curtis has been a licensed plumber for over 8 years. Curtis joins our team with extensive leak detection and repair knowledge. Outside of work, Curtis and his wife, Heather enjoy raising their beautiful daughter. Curtis enjoy cooking out and taking long, welcoming naps on the sofa, when he isn’t fishing or hunting.
Horacio Gonzalez

As our most seasoned licensed plumber, Horacio has been a service plumber for over 20 years. In addition to plumbing, Horacio enjoys trying new restaurants throughout town and can be seen making customers and team members laugh, with his witty sense of humor.
Mitch Blackwell
Pool Specialist
Joined ALD in 2009
From Dumas, Texas, Mitch spent his earlier years living and working on a ranch with his family. Mitch was an active member of many rodeo circuits as a bull rider before joining our team. Mitch and his wife, Kimberly spend most of their time swimming and playing with their 2 English Bulldogs.

After moving to Texas in 2008 from Colorado Springs, Colorado, Mitchel joined our Texas family as a pool specialist after spending over 20 years in outside sales. Mitchel likes fishing, grilling for family and friends, and can often be seen playing with his dogs, Lily and Lander.

Jorge joined our team a short time ago but brought extensive experience due to working for another ALD location for several years prior. When Jorge is not finding leaks, he can be found working out, fishing or boating on various lakes throughout Texas with his wife and daughter.

A Texas native, James is the newest member of our team. James graduated from a local high school in 2014 and has chosen to pursue a career in the plumbing industry. James is a true outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, fishing, archery and playing with his four-legged friend.
Myron Fletcher
Pool Specialist/Apprentice
Joined ALD in 2018
Myron joined our team as plumbing apprentice and soon answered the call to move into the role of, Pool Specialist. Myron continues to grow and develop his skillset as he works towards his career in the plumbing industry. Outside of work, Myron spends time working out and playing video games.
Mike “Si” Carter
Licensed Plumber
Joined ALD in 2015
Hailing from Grand Saline, Texas, Mike joined our team as a seasoned, well diverse plumbing apprentice. Since working for ALD, Mike has been issued his plumbing license through the State of Texas and now joins our team of licensed professionals. When Mike isn’t working, he and his wife, Mary spend ample time with their grandchildren.
Ebyn Ruiz

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Ebyn joined our plumbing apprentice program. Ebyn is working to pursue his career in the plumbing industry and gain hands on training from our team of licensed professionals. Ebyn enjoys hiking, fishing and working out on his free time.
Dennis Garcia
Plumbing Apprentice

Currently residing in Irving, Texas, Dennis joins our team after several years of outside sales in the automotive industry. With Dennis being our new member to the plumbing apprentice program, he hopes to gain the knowledge to become a licensed plumber over the next several years. Outside of work, Dennis enjoys working out.

With over 18 years of plumbing experience, Doyle joined ALD a little over 4 years ago. When not at work, Doyle volunteers as a youth football coach in Dallas. He and his wife, Tamica enjoy spending quality time with friends and family.
