Chad is a US Marine Corps Veteran & a Master Plumber as well as the owner of ALD NE Florida. Chad enjoys being outdoors at all times, motorcycles & 3 wheelers or rock climbing for some fun.

Monique

Office Manager

Monique has been with ALD for at least 13 years but who’s counting. Monique keeps ALD running smooth all over NE Florida. In Monique’s spare time she enjoys kayaking & spending time with family.

David

Technician

David is a New Jersey born Floridian that has been in the Daytona Beach area since 1987 & has worked for ALD for 20 years. David & his girlfriend love their pets & their new home.

Terry

Technician

Former owner of the ALD Daytona Beach franchise, Terry now works as a Leak Detection technician. Terry has performed leak detection service for over 22 years.

Christine

Office Admin

Christine is originally from Louisiana & has lived in Florida since 1998 & has worked for ALD for over 5 years & somehow she finds time to bake chocolate chip cookies for all of us. Christine enjoys traveling & spending time with her family.

Steve

Steve has been with American Leak Detection as a Leak Specialist since 2003. Prior to coming to American Leak Detection, Steve had over ten years of experience in the swimming pool industry as a pool serviceman and as a leak technician. He holds several certifications for servicing and repairing pool equipment.

Denny

Technician

Denny was born & raised in Michigan & has worked as a plumber & enjoys college football. Denny also likes spending time with his grandson & doing soap car derby along with cub scouts.

Monica

Technician

Monica is our first female technician & she enjoys fishing & bike riding. Monica enjoys almost all outdoor activities except basketball because Monica’s only 5 feet tall!

Brandon

Technician

Brandon is a Jacksonville native & has worked with us for many years now. Brandon & his wife have a son & they enjoy motorcycles, surfing & college football.

Dave

Technician

Most people know him as “Bear” & he’s originally from Michigan. Outside of work, Bear’s hobbies are Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & custom paint work on skateboards & surfboards.

Brian

Technician

Brian is a Midwest transplant that has been in Daytona Beach for a few years now. Brian has enjoyed the Florida weather over the cold winters & brings much experience in major repairs with his previous endeavors.

Phil

Technician

Phil moved to Florida & we scooped him & his great work ethic up quick! Phil spends his time with his girlfriend & their animals.

Lynn

Office Admin

A native of Daytona Beach, Lynn brings 16 years of office & customer service to our team. Lynn’s friendly personality & organizational skills are a great asset to our company. Lynn enjoys spending time with her kids & making holiday wreaths.
