I was impressed with Steve's friendly personality and professionalism. He seemed very knowledgeable of what he was doing and allowed me the opportunity to ask questions of which he described and answered without hesitation.
“I just wanted to let you both know that the leaks were found yesterday and patched, thus resolving the water loss issues (for now). It appears that pretty soon I will most likely need to have a new liner installed, this was recommended by Steve the technician who came out and performed the testing and repairing.

He also explained to me that he could not guarantee the repairs would be the total resolve, as he believes (by touch) that his sense of feeling the area of the liner that may be wearing, did make him want to point this out to me that it would be necessary to have a new liner before too long....just as a prevention due to the age of the liner and his experience with the feeling of the quality of the material to date.
My bucket test has now exceeded the 24-hours that Steve advised me I should perform as he was preparing to leave yesterday, and I have advised him just recently that everything appears to be "hanging-in-there" and I had not lost any water during this period.
Again, I thank you and your team, and Steve for taking care of this matter for me, and I hope I will not have to call you again, but I would surely not hesitate if need be, and I would recommend you (as SI Pools does), to any of my friends who have pools also, and may run into this predicament.
