“I had been through the ringer with another company trying to find a leak that appeared to be located somewhere under my livingroom slab. Horrible guess-work and unfortunate experiences and the run-around from the initial company I had hired left me without water use in my home for weeks. American Leak Detection was contacted, and Max came and provided a thorough and professionally equipt detection. He marked the spot he determined held the problem pipe that 2 previously hired (unnamed) companies could not find... I contracted Am Lk Det to do the repair right away. Max returned to do the repair as well, thankfully, and due to the complexity of the repair he was on-site for close to 11-hours, determined that I would have no leaks and hot water in my home before he left (which was most sincerely appreciated). Max was professional, knowledgeable, kind and informative (and tolerant of my many questions). His assistant just as well... The office management was also professional, wonderfully helpful, patient with me (I came to them quite stressed) and personable. “Jeremy is a superb technician who is professional, knowledgeable, accurate, conscientious, responsible, and straight-forward. He worked through the hottest part of the afternoon (104F), non-stop, to get the job done. We had an unknown leak(s) that needed to be isolated. He troubleshot, isolated the problem, and fixed it. He made sure his work remain flawless and complete. He explained to me what is involved in fixing them, so that I would understand what is involved and what is going on. I felt he was there for the best of the customer's welfare. His professional attitude made me feel confident he would do a superb job. I am glad to have made an acquaintance with Jeremy through ALD of Sacramento. From the get-go, ALD was upfront about the cost and there was no hidden surprises in the transaction.
