Message frequency varies based on the work in progress at your property. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information obtained as part of the SMS consent process is used solely to send you the messages described above and is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. 5. When we share information We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers who help us operate our field service software, payment processor, phone and messaging providers, and accounting software - each of whom may only use the information to perform services for us
- Subcontractors or trade partners we engage to complete work at your property
- Insurers, adjusters, or property managers, where they are the party engaging us or where you have asked us to report to them

In no case is text messaging opt-in data or consent shared with third parties.
6. How we protect your information We follow generally accepted industry practices to protect the information you give us, both in transit and at rest. Payment card data is encrypted and handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our own systems. Access to customer records is limited to team members who need it to do their job. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Marketing email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We will still send you messages relating to work in progress and billing
