“"03/15/18- Both Chris and Stacy very professional and courteous. I submitted a message through the website and I think it was just a couple of hours until Stacey called, scheduled an appointment, and explained the costs. She sent an authorization form for me to sign, scan and email to her, and emailed back once I returned it to confirm it had been received. Chris was scheduled for 8-10 am and I think he called about 8:30 and arrived by 9. The service is not inexpensive, but I felt like he was trying to work as quickly as possible to save time and money. He explained how he had conducted the tests, and the results of the tests verbally before he left, and I received a written report yesterday, no surprises it had exactly the same results as he gave me verbally. He had to remove one of the toilets to conduct the test but reinstalled it, and we have not noticed any leaks or problems since. I’m sure we will want to repeat the test after our foundation repair is finished, and I will ask for Chris again since he is familiar with our situation and can probably complete a second test more quickly than someone coming in “cold”.I wish the service cost less, but I understand there is a lot of equipment, training and liability involved, and it was not so expensive that I would not use your service again or recommend it to someone. As far as your employees are concerned, I’m not sure how they could have been much better, I submitted the message through the website on Thursday afternoon and the service was completed by noon Monday… and Stacey offered to schedule it for Friday, but we already had plans. Communication was excellent. The service provided was exactly what I needed to determine if we had any leaks before we start foundation repair, and we will get back to you once it’s completed to make sure no plumbing was damaged in the process. "”

“"08/14/18 - Thank you for making it easy for me to give you my impressions. First, the service rep was a pleasant surprise. She was knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. I also appreciated the being able to get an appointment the next day. If you are experiencing a leak the last think you want to hear is ""We can get someone out there a week from Thursday. "" The technician Gabe was a delight. He called 30 minutes out and asked if that was ok. (It was) When he arrived he was polite, well groomed and most importantly he appeared to pay close attention to my description of my problem. He told me what he needed, access to the sprinkler system control unit and where the water meter was located. He was extremely thorough, cking all of the sprinkler stations and running times among other things. After calculating the water pressure rate per head and the amount of time set for each zone he was able to determine that I did not have a leak in the house or sprinkler system. He was very helpful and after the water output is correct I know how to address a new meter for my system. Thank you! I have told everyone I've seen about my experience. You may be sure I will use your service next time I think I have a leak. "”

Words can not even begin to express my thankfulness for Rich and ALD!

“Can I start by saying 5 stars aren’t enough and can someone please get Rich a cape!!! Words can’t even begin to express my thankfulness for Rich and ALD! For weeks and weeks and weeks he’s been working so hard for us! What we thought was a small problem turned into a full re-pipe and a super scary situation for this first time home buyer! He’s been with us every step of the way, explaining and caring and even dealing with insurance (which has been a mess, but he's helped sort it all out)! He knows what he is doing and he does it with excellence! Everyone we know is amazed at his tunneling work and amazed that he actually gets down in the mess and gets things done! We spent 12 weeks in a hotel with 3 kids and he worked extra extra long hours for us to be able to finally go home on Thanksgiving which was the biggest holiday blessing! To say Rich is a God send is no exaggeration! This situation is BIG and scary and there have been many tears and fears but God sent us the best and Rich is truly an answer to our prayers and so many praying for us!!!! Someone please get this man a raise with that cape because he is the exact person you want representing your company! ALD will always hold a special place in my heart and I will forever refer everyone I know to ALD and that's because of Rich and the quality work he does and the caring way he relates to people like us. Every single person we’ve dealt with at ALD has been kind and caring and helpful! Rhi is always a calming caring voice when I call and that is hard to find these days! Many people try to rush you and push you off onto the next person but I can tell she truly cares when I call. I could literally go on for days and not say enough good things! “Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Having any kind of plumbing issues is historically awful. I noticed my house having plumbing issues and was referred to another plumber service in Tulsa, OK. They let us know that we had a water leak somewhere in our system but could not identify the severity or location of the leak. That plumbing company suggested replacing our ENTIRE PLUMBING SYSTEM underneath the slab of our home. They reported that since they could not locate the leak with their tests or cameras that the best option was to cut a trench throughout my entire house and replace everything which would have cost tens of thousands of dollars. Hearing this news was an absolute nightmare. We wanted a second opinion and were referred to American Leak Detection. Our ALD Technician Rich came out to the house and had the leak pinpointed in an hour or so and didn’t have to destroy my house to do it. He was confident in his findings. I approved the work, and we scheduled the repair. Rich nailed the location. Throughout this entire process he has been very forthcoming with everything he was doing. He answered every question and concern I had and gave me step-by-step directions on the plan to repair it, the timeline, and cost. He’s left the work area spotless after each day and has been extremely courteous and kind to my children who try as hard as they can to get in his way. He’s worked extremely hard and efficient to get this job done correctly to help relieve stress, and not run up the cost. If you think you are having plumbing issues call American Leak Detection before you approve another company to do unnecessary, and incredibly expensive work.”

“I was referred to American leak Detectors by a neighbor, that is a plumber and booked up for weeks. A very professional, and honest, organization, Tallie, the young serviceman, found the problem in a few minutes, that I had been overlooking for a week while digging up my yard. I was convinced I had traced the leak to a hot water line under the slab, which would have been a costly, and messy job to repair. Tallie discovered a pressure/temperature relief valve leaking on the water heater, that I had somehow missed! A new valve cost $15.00 and I installed it myself! “After 2 plumbers came out and was unable to find a leak they referred me to American Leak Detection. I called and set up an appointment for the following day. Jimmy Childs came at the appointment time, he was professional, very knowledgeable and courteous. He checked the plumbing in the house for leaks first. Then checked around the water meter. He used an amplifier systems to locate the exact location. He dug in the ground and the water started flowing. It took him no more than an hour to locate the leak. I appreciate a job well done.”
