Came out promptly next day, got the job done in the minimum, located leak in yard within a foot of the leak, and explained the process to me and results. Stephen was great and told me everything I needed in order to make the repair.

I had a problem at a rental where the tenants' water bills were 5 times as much as normal. I had visions of having to dig holes under the foundation to find the problem. Justin of American Leak Detection was wonderful! He found the water leak within 30 minutes on the front lawn. Big relief. Very professional, courteous, on time, knew what he was doing.
