“After installing a brand new pool/spa (for $116,000) we were very dissapointed to find out that our installation company would not come out to see if we had a leak (we were losing about an inch a day since installation) and that we were on our own. We spoke with our pool cleaning company and they recommended we give American Leak Detection a call. While there are a number of office workers, we mainly worked with Giselle on scheduling. Our leak was not easy to find, and when the first specialist could not find the leak the company sent out another with more experience. His name was Jonathan. He was able to pinpoint the water was leaving the pool through a jet in the spa. It took a few trips to eventually get things working properly, but this company stands behind its service. They work hard to make sure the customer is satisfied with the work performed.
